With a background in education, entrepreneurship, and lived life experience, Kat supports women through emotional, relational, and life-stage challenges using a warm, grounded, and practical approach.
Kat has extensive experience working with women in both professional and community settings, including facilitating support groups for women in business and volunteering with local organisations supporting women through difficult life circumstances. She values the power of connection, emotional safety, and evidence-informed counselling to support meaningful and lasting change.
Kat is passionate about women’s wellbeing, autonomy, recovery, and empowerment.
