DR KATIE MCMANUS, CHIROPRACTOR
Meet Dr Katie McManus: Chiropractor/Kinesiologist
Dr Katie McManus is a chiropractor with 17 years of experience, providing comprehensive care for families, children, and clients of all ages.
After earning her Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, Dr Katie pursued further expertise through advanced training and examinations in Chiropractic Functional Neurology and Neuro-rehabilitation with the Carrick Institute. She is also Webster certified for pregnancy and has completed postgraduate courses to enhance her understanding and assessment of paediatric patients, alongside training in Total Body Modification, Applied Kinesiology, and numerous nutrition and naturopathic seminars.
Dr Katie’s practice focuses on personalised, evidence-informed care, with a particular emphasis on supporting children’s development. She performs thorough paediatric neurological assessments and creates tailored exercise, nutrition, and supplement strategies to help children reach their fullest potential. She is experienced in working with neurodivergent children, utilising chiropractic functional neurology techniques and primitive reflex integration to support development, motor skills, and overall wellbeing.
Beyond paediatric care, Dr Katie helps clients address a range of health concerns including fatigue, gut health, and hormonal imbalances. She uses functional pathology testing—such as MTHFR gene mutation analysis, adrenal saliva panels, and comprehensive gut microbiome testing—to guide precise, individualised care plans.
Dr Katie takes a collaborative, family-first approach to healthcare. She works closely with families to provide practical, supportive, and safe strategies that promote long-term health, resilience, and optimal development for every member of the family.

Meet Dr Alice Taylor: Chiropractor/Kinesiologist
Dr. Alice is a warm, holistic chiropractor who integrates gentle structural care with a deep understanding of the nervous system and its influence on health. She completed her Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University, followed by further studies in kinesiology and muscle testing, including Total Body Modification (TBM), and postgraduate training in paediatric and pregnancy chiropractic care. This additional expertise enables her to provide comprehensive care for women throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period, as well as for infants and children as they grow and develop.
Her clinical approach combines traditional manual and low-force chiropractic techniques, breathwork, and parasympathetic nervous system regulation to reduce tension and support whole-body balance. Alice also incorporates neurological and primitive reflex assessments to identify retained reflex patterns and create corrective exercise plans that promote optimal brain and motor development. Each care plan is personalised, aiming to restore alignment, enhance resilience, and improve overall wellbeing.
With nearly a decade of experience as a gymnastics coach, Alice brings a unique appreciation for movement, coordination, and posture. She is particularly passionate about pregnancy and postnatal care, paediatric neurology, and supporting patients through stress-related and functional health challenges. Her goal is to help every individual feel calm, aligned, and confident in their body’s ability to heal and adapt.
